I discovered Pilates in 2015 during a study trip to Cambodia. I was looking for a meaningful activity that would fulfill me, and online Pilates classes offered me balance and joy in movement. I was also inspired by my sister Berenika, who practiced yoga, although at the time it seemed too slow for me. Finally, many years later, I fulfilled my dream and took an instructor course.

I see Pilates as a way to strengthen the body, improve posture, and find inner strength. I teach my classes with an emphasis on precision, functionality, and the joy of movement, and I look forward to guiding you on this journey at YogaMija.
