I’ve been teaching yoga since 2019, starting my journey with opening a yoga studio in my hometown in Ukraine & organizing yoga retreats in Carpathians. After moving to Prague due to the war, I have continued to share my passion for yoga with new students.

My approach emphasizes kindness to the body, seeing yoga as a way to explore oneself and influence emotional states.

I teach hatha, vinyasa, and yin yoga, blending asana practice, breathing techniques, and meditation. My aim is to create a supportive environment where students can connect with their bodies and minds in a meaningful way.

My classes are in English.
